Milestone introduces the MultiSYNTH labstation, the most flexible microwave synthesizer yet developed for the medicinal chemistry lab.
Small, focused microwave systems offer advantages for optimizing microgram and gram size reactions, but are not well suited to larger quantities. Multimode microwaves with uniform field intensity are ideal for larger volumes and parallel processing, but method transfer between two different systems can be troublesome.
Milestone's MultiSYNTH solves these challenges by uniting the best of single-mode and multimode microwave technology into a unique hybrid system. It is the first microwave synthesizer capable of operating in both single-mode and multimode formats—combining the advantages of each into a single platform.
