More and more, today's organic chemists are discovering the advantages of controlled microwaves as a heat source for synthetic reactions, across the pharmaceutical, biotech, polymers and plastics, and fine and agro chemicals industries. Microwave synthesis is already the state-of-the-art technology for exploratory and parallel synthesis. As a result, there is growing demand for the ability to scale up synthetic reactions in the microwave from grams to kilograms.

To address those needs, Milestone, an acknowledged leader in scalability of microwave reactions, has developed the new FlowSYNTH and BatchSYNTH systems. This revolutionary microwave reactor is a turn-key package for performing batch and continuous flow reactions in the same platform.

This advanced scale-up instrument can be configured to meet your needs, now and in the future. The complete system can be reconfigured between batch mode and continuous flow at will. In addition, a BatchSYNTH system equipped for batch mode only can be upgraded for continuous flow work at any time.
